The house

The villa is modern without asking for attention. Everything sits on one level: two calm bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a generous living room, and a kitchen designed for proper cooking after a day among cellars, vineyard roads, and the villages of Brda.

Floor heating, air conditioning, high-speed internet, keyless access, and covered parking sit in the background. The room is kept simple: walnut tones, stone, soft textiles, olive green, and warm brass details.
